I am looking for thoughts, experiences, etc. The following five buildings will all be 25'X300'.
I plan on starting with two buildings one 20'X320' and the other is 25'X300' with an additional 5 buildings to follow within the next two years. I have a fair amount of construction experience and plan on erecting these buildings myself as I am very anal and want them 'right'. I am looking for a building that is 'tight' and quality built, with good doors/ latches. I think that I have narrowed it down between either Betco, or Trachte Brand Premium Buildings. I am new to the self storage business and plan to have this business in the family for 40+ years. As I am nearly through the approval process with my local municipalities, I am getting closer to pulling the trigger on and ordering some buildings for a brand new site in northern Colorado.
